The second segment on day two will focus on dynamic striking, guarding and escaping. The third segment on day three will continue the theme of escaping from both standing and the ground. We will also cover some basics of improvised weapons. The fourth and final segment will finally be to put our new skills through situational drills.
This complete course is more than just a basic self-defense class. We hope to set into motion positive preemptive planning, awareness and basic tools that can further be practiced, expanded upon and recalled if harm ever does comes your way.
