Private Training
Private instruction is a great way to tailor your martial arts training and training schedule to fit your needs. Whether you want some extra review time before a belt test, catch up after taking a vacation, want to learn something new like Tai Chi, or just enjoy a private setting for fitness, all you need to do is contact Sifu Scott Graner to set up a time that is convenient for you. Lessons can be split with up to three people for the same price.

One 45 minute class per week for the session.

One class per week for the session - 1hr in length or longer.
This would include any BPS after school karate program (2:30-3:45pm)

Karate Kids Camp 1 - 2025
June 23th-26th, 9:00am-12:00pm, $175 ($180 Online)
Ages 6-12
Located at Crossett Brook Middle School - Waterbury
Join us for a fun-filled camp that will consist of fun games, martial arts class, belt material, and exploration of Martial Arts culture. Learn cool new moves and most of all have fun. Two groups will be created based upon age of the participants. This camp is truly a great way to kick off the summer.
Those who wish to make it a full day experience, combine Karate Kids Camp with Nunchucks Camp (if eligible)
Nunchucks Camp 2025
June 23rd-26th, 12:30pm-3:30pm, $185 ($195 Online)
Located at Crossett Brook Middle School - Waterbury
Learn how to use this martial arts weapon during this fun-filled summer camp. A foam covered nunchucku will be included with the camp. If you already have nunchucku experience or have moved on to doubles, please bring your own pair. An order for those who wish to have a non foam covered nunchaku will be placed closer to the start of camp (additional cost).
Must meet one requirement (Solid Belt + or age 9+)
