Adult Martial Arts (ages 14+)
Our adult classes are tailored to guide the adult learner through “The Journey." The adult program focuses on bringing adults to a higher level of mind, body, and spirit through detailed instruction of traditional techniques, self-defense, and physical and mental fitness. Students continue through a thorough curriculum consisting of hand strikes, kicking skills, takedowns, sparring and grappling/joint lock skills as well as traditional form sets and self-defense techniques that are designed to develop a well rounded martial artist. Our classes are conducted in a relaxed, positive atmosphere and are a fun and exciting way to stay healthy, increase confidence and relieve stress.
Tai Chi (Taiji)
Balance yourself with Tai Chi (Taiji). Tai Chi (Taiji) is a Chinese internal martial art. Characterized by its slow and meditative movements, Tai Chi combines martial application with health and wellness. Today, many people around the world practice Tai Chi for its numerous health benefits. Modern scientific studies have shown that Tai Chi - Increases: balance, mobility and spatial awareness. - Reduces: tension, stress and arthritic pain. Discover the benefits for yourself.
Open Training (All Ranks – ages 10+)
Over the past few sessions we have covered numerous forms and weapons (Bo Staff, Nunchucks, Kamas, Broadsword, Whip Chain, Katana, etc.). This is a perfect time to review all of this information. This will be a personalized class. Each student will pick a form or weapon (that the student has already learned or would like to continue). The student will be able to further develop and refine the skills that have been acquired, allowing the student to become more proficient at that chosen skill. This time can also be used to review belt material - but will be an independently focused and motivated time.
Jr. & Adult Class (All Ranks – ages 10+)
This class follows the Adult Solid Belt system (Turning 10 and already a stripe belt? Don’t worry, the belts match up real easily. The Stripe Belts are just divisions of our Solid Belts). The class is faster paced and more technically and physically challenging than our Karate Kids program. While the emphasis is primarily traditional martial arts students also delve into Wude (Martial Ethics), modern Self-Defense and physical conditioning. Most importantly, it is still fun. This class is also a great opportunity for the whole family to train together. Ages range from those Karate Kids who have graduated to Solid Purple through Teens (also adults that are taking the class with their children).
Cardio Kickboxing
Unleash your inner warrior! This class is a combination of cardio-kickboxing and circuit training all in one class. If you are looking to get in shape, have a great workout and have fun while doing so, then this class is for you.

Private Training
Choose your own time!
Private instruction is a great way to tailor your training schedule to fit your needs. This is a great opportunity to learn something new, review for a test or even discover martial arts for the first time. Training can be done in our core curriculum (Shaolin Wushu - Kempo Karate) or you can choose to work on something else like fitness, mobility, sparring, Kung Fu forms, weapons, self-defense or Tai Chi (Taiji). As a fifth degree Black Belt, licensed physical educator and health/sport science graduate Sifu Graner would like to help you reach your goals. Contact Master Graner to arrange a time and location as spaces are limited. Private lessons may be divided with up to three people for the same price. Private lessons may also be scheduled throughout the year (weekly/biweekly).
